A very Cheesy Xmas!

I just wanted to thank you all for all the love and support this past year!
 
 I'm grateful for the silliness that I still have in me, bacon, love and support of family & friends, bacon- oops said that already, and the start of the new year/beginnings........

You may recognize Wendell from a few posts ago, when he modeled some cool dog collars.. There's just something about his personality that says, "Hey check me out, I'm kinda a big deal." What a dapper fellow.

 I met Therese years back when she hired me to photograph her sweet family, greyhounds Sam and Essie, the lead dog - Archibald(kitty).

We had a blast then. You can not not like her. She's got such great energy and so fun to be around.

This is her newest venture that she does on the side (for now) when she's not working at Children's hospital or volunteering.

Wild boys- Raiden & Wolf

Just another day of play with Raiden & Wolf. Two rambunctious little boys! We started out with a couch fort of sorts, then ending up at a nearby park. The last shot, with mama Shannon, is one most parents can relate to. Plus it shows off Shannon's easy going personality.

First there was Annie. Then Margaret. And now James. I've had the honor to photograph these sweet little ones over the last 4ish years. I have enjoyed getting to know their unique personalities. Laura & Jim, the parents, are just as much fun as their kids. The apple, they say, doesn't fall far from the tree.

First off, Jessica's mom, Sandy, and I had such an easy conversion on the phone ( we could have talked for hours!), that I knew my photo shoot with Jessica was gonna be fun & relaxed. And I was right. One thing, I noticed right away about Jessica was her confidence. She had such an ease about her. Normally, she's the one behind the camera surrounded by nature. Once again, I'm inspired by the young adults I meet while on shoots. They give me hope for the future, as cheesy as that sounds, it's true!

Beamer, Susan & Danny sweet times 3!

This was a beautiful sunny fall day, to spend "working" with my dear friends Susan, Danny and their sweet pup Beamer. These two were so relaxed which made my job super easy. Beamer was such a good boy, not diving in after the ducks swimming in the pond. Geez, what was I thinking when I scouted that location? To be fair there weren't any birds of any kind near or in that pond!

I was fortunate enough to meet Susan years ago through art. She  hired me to do her head shot for MARN's Art Treasure Hunt event we were both in. She's a sweetheart and we became fast friends. Danny too is a sweet guy. Beamer well, he's just too adorable for words. His whole body wiggles when he greets me. Sweetness all around!

The bubble photo (top photo) I asked Susan to explain to me about the bubbles Beamer creates. "When I go to the bank he starts blowing bubbles when I pull up to the drive through."
