Looking Up!
For the last couple of weeks, I've noticed amazing cloud filled skies. It's just so timely, since I was asked to be in an art show put on by America SCORES Milwaukee. My photography was noticed at The Waxwing Art Boutique and Gallery in Shorewood,WI.
The project is pretty nifty. I was asked to select one poem. I looked online at a variety of poems, selected just one ( there were sooooooooooo many good ones) anywho, it came down to a beautiful cloud poem. I'll keep ya posted as to when the art show will happen. Until, then keep looking up!

Dirty Girl Run 8-18-12
This past weekend I did what's called the "Dirty Girl Run" with my energetic and wonderful friend Lori. We laughed the entire time! Loved the mud and obstacles! The running no so much! Next year, I will actually train - or run before the event. I know I slowed Lori down, that dirty girl sure can run! My wish for next time, more MUD and obstacles. Maybe you'll even join me (dirty girls only!) next year.

Abby -Irish Setter
Here's Abby- a beauty of an Irish Setter. These photos demonstrate, waiting for the right moment to release the shutter. A beauty of a dog either way!
Speaking of Irish, the fest is on this weekend Aug. 16th-19th.

Ford Trucks with Aaron Rodgers - teaser
after a storm
fog on the water
sunrise
I recently scouted locations for Ford Trucks with Aaron Rodgers for a TV commercial. I took me all over SE Wisconsin. We ended up in Musekgo, Franklin and South Milwaukee. Some of these were taken during my scout on a farm in Muskego, and others during the shoot. We were not allowed to photo the talent, Mr. Rodgers, so instead I photographed the beauty of an early morning on the farm.
